By accessing or using OurDomus (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
2. Description of service
OurDomus is a property search platform that aggregates property listings and provides household collaboration tools. We do not act as an estate agent and are not party to any property transaction. Listings are provided for informational purposes only.
3. User accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Platform.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of the Platform.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
5. Listing accuracy
Property listings on OurDomus are sourced from estate agents and may not always reflect the current availability, price, or condition of a property. Always verify details directly with the listing agent before making any financial decisions. OurDomus accepts no liability for inaccuracies in listing data.
6. Intellectual property
The OurDomus name, logo, and platform design are the intellectual property of OurDomus Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OurDomus Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
