  • Account data — name, email address, and profile photo from Google sign-in or email/password registration.
  • Search activity — your saved searches and property preferences to personalise results.
  • Interaction data — reactions (👍 / 🤔 / 👎) and saves on listings.
  • Household data — household name and member associations when you create or join a household.
  • Usage analytics — anonymised page view and event data via Google Analytics 4.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and personalise the property search experience.
  • To enable household collaboration features.
  • To send transactional emails (account updates, household invitations).
  • To improve the platform through aggregated usage analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@ourdomus.co.uk. Anonymised analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
